This page contains the risk assessment form for our kitchen location and a filming notice for residents. A copy of these should be made available for all parties (crew, talent and general public).
Notes: I sent this to Viv for sign off on Monday 18th November - I should have sent it last week! We're ready to film!

NOTICE OF FILMING - Heart Chocolate
This room will be occupied by film crew from DATE AND TIME
We will be using the kitchen worktops, hobs and oven, therefore they will not be available for use during this time. All utensils, cutlery and food will be packed away while filming. We will clean, tidy and restore the kitchen to how it was after use. We aim to be as quick and quiet as possible.
If you require access to the kitchen, please knock to let us know.
Hazards
We will be working with camera, lighting and sound equipment. Please be aware of that which is in use so as to not trip on any cables or stands.
Purpose
We are filming a short for Visual Production 1, part of Media Production BA at USW.
