Important
We need to keep track of what we have booked out and when it needs to be returned. Keep a list of all items and who is responisble for the booking. Send reminders to ensure they are returned on time.
The equipment list allows me to see what has been ordered and what is ready to collect. We can keep track of who needs to supply what and when it needs to be returned.
